The witch and the umberella

Been a strange week around here.  Not quite gone to plan.

It's also been raining. This little project is something we have been thinking about all for a while. The most boring thing in life must be watching paint dry.... don't go there... just put an umbrella up when there is a hint of rain.

Not every one was impressed.

Some are, but not talking...........

Life around the village has plodded on slowley.

I have been away from the computer for most of the week, a bit unexpected.
The blogging world is a forgiving place. I will eventually catch up. I promise... might go a bit slower than these guys, but I get there in the end.

Not to worry, we haven't gone anywhere. Love those horses. The little one is home until Easter.

We are still here and aren't going away. We had bad rains here too. Hope all is OK there.

That is very kind of you to worry about the witch in the rain. Everyone deserves kindness. Your looking mighty fine Aime so your strolls to the gate must agree with you.

Rain is no fun. We got some sun and now it looks like more rain is coming, and cooler temps, not fun, rather be outside.

I like the witch and the little welcome doggie statue. We have rain as well but that's ok because it isn't snow.

Hi Midge and Amie! Love the witch on the gate. Great idea putting an umbrella over the gate so the paint could dry. Hope you have a wonderful weekend! Hugs!

Over here in Niagara Falls life doesn't seem quite as upbeat as it is in your neck of the woods Aime but we manage. (With snow and rain and a rare sunny warm day like yesterday, but then really cold and windy today...) But the witch looks very happy to have been kept dry, ha ha

Rain never heard of it. We have had about two spots since goodness knows when. They keep saying we are getting some but it never arrives.

Love the witch

The artwork witch is amazing! Hope it dried in tact.
Love the roads! Do you have cyclists ride them, I guess the hazzards would be the locals :)

Sweet hugs,
Sierra Rose

What a fun doorway! You must love the result. I've been working on the paint in the hallway stairs and landing today between loads of washing cooking and cleaning.

No rush Blogland isn't going anywhere.
