Let sleeping dogs dream of the beach.

The best thing to do is to find a cosy spot out of the wind when every one is busy messing around in the garden..... Let sleeping dogs dream.......

of the beach.

Sandy crabs

It wasn't one of the best days to go walking on the beach.
Amie never really missed much...

Only one other person on the beach anyway.

All in all much better to stay at home and watch tomato's grow...

This tomato plant is especially for Caroline and our tomato challenge.

The cottage is still not quite as we know it.
I will have the camera in my hand and rolling when we have a new floor next week.
At least our garden is ready to roll for Spring.
Normal blogging and visiting will be resumed soon...
Until then Ames really does have the right idea.

Was she dreaming of the beach?
Did she really know we had been on the beach without her ?
We knew and we missed her beside us.
Sometimes it really is best to let a dog sleep off their lunch...

Awwww of course lovely Amie missed you!! But she looks so deep in her sweet dreams to have been woken up!!!

I think having the beach near enough to yourselves is excellent!! These are lovely shot of the beach btw - starfish and crab and sand, oh my!! :-)

Enjoy your evening! Take care

I think Ami looks happy laying in the garden. Who needs wet sandy feet, lol.

Amie looks quite content right where she is:) Phantom would definitely approve. The tomato plant is looking quite healthy - hope it blossoms and bears fruit.

Your tomatoe plant looks so healthy..... ! you have such a head start over our corner of the world! We are still getting snow and hail.. and cold weather.
Little Ames looks so content enjoying the wonderful sunshine .
I know her dreams must have made up for any walk on the beach.
I wish we would get some nice sunshine.

*gasp* You went to the beach without Amie....well, I'm sure she enjoyed her nap! And I'm sure she smelled the beach on you when you came back...pups are smart like that. Your tomatoes look great!

I wish I was on the beach rather than dreaming about it! My favourite activity, wandering on the sea edge looking for 'treasure'.
Your tomato looks well on it's way - mine are finally rallying and looking a bit more the business - suppose I had better check on them!
Cheated yesterday and bought ready pepper & chilli plug plants....

Your tomatoes are so vibrant and green. Haven't gotten any tomatoes planted yet; I do have 4 rows of potatoes up and going!

My dogs may be dreaming of the lake tonight because It's so wet here they probably feel like they've been swimming. It's been raining since wee early hours of the morning and everybody gets soaked whenever we go outside.

Your tomatoes are coming along nicely.

I'm finishing up the sleeves of my little sweater and will soon begin putting it together. I'm so sleep I'm not sure I should be knitting tonight. I can barely keep my eyes open.

Aww Amie looks so sweet! Our beaches look like that apart from a kiosk and a line of parked cars where the council makes visitors pay to visit Southport.
