Biscuits Bandit

Another visit to the farm shop.
Bessie saw our car from the farm gate and came to greet us.
Our car is the one that has a number plate that says M.U.G.
We haven't seen her for a while, she is a working lady, last week she was out with her boss.

How could you not make a fuss of her and give her a cookie?
Amie never misses a few from her stash in the car.

Frank is slightly better.
Thanks to all who have sent him your best wishes.

He is walking on his bad leg and isn't limping so badly. To get him to take his medication is getting harder.
He is fed up of chicken and now on to fish (only the best stuff).
Any other suggestions to give him his medicine would be welcome.
Apart from holding open his mouth and pouring it in...THAT DOES NOT WORK......unless you want your hand back!

Yeah, I have to use a syringe with my cats and they HATE it :(

At least he's on the mend though!!!
You'd think by now they would have invested in inventing tasty drugs for pets.

And I love that dog!!! That's exactly the breed dog I want (er, I think, she looks like a border collie to me)... and regardless of breed, what a little sweetheart!

Hi Heather....
She is a border collie, a real hard working dog. Although she looks clean..ish in the picture, she was hanging in mud from working in the fields. Have to add a very well trained dog with a love of Amie's dog cookies .........

Of COURSE it can't be helped, must make a fuss of any friendly dog who comes mugging! I wouldn't be able to resist that "gimme kisses" face.

So glad to hear that Frank is feeling better. Bless him, he is such a handsome fellow. As for treats to hide his meds in, my cats loved faux crab meat. It's also nice in a dip for humans. ;)

Glad Frank is feeling better - I discovered a terrific way to disguise tablets for dogs - stuff them into (cooked) macaroni, impossible to separate. Liquid though? Syringe and lots of manpower...
