Ah. Gary Cooper.. Wasn't he in cowboy films ?
Speechless !
But not so speechless when someone drove another vehicle over our little bridge like a bat out of hell when there were dog walkers and kids on their way to school taking a short cut at eight in the morning.
This isn't it by the way..... pics to follow :-)
Question.. ?
What happens if our little bridge gets hit and we can't get over it................ ?
Bailey Bridge.. hum.. we really, really need to go to anger management classes !
If anyone needs an explanation what a Bailey Bridge is........ I can do that........
Freya is over at the Cat flap Cavalier as usual.

We can only imagine all the emotions you are feeling!

I love your bridge and will be very angry if anyone runs into it;)

Fingers crossed they take more care in future. Try and keep your cool, although it must be very hard.
What is a Bailey bridge?
Cowboys indeed. Put up a go slow sign. Have a terrific Thursday.
Best wishes Molly
That vehicle takes up the entire bridge. There is no room for error here! YIKES! He'd better be REALLY careful!
Love ya lots

I don't know what a Bailey Bridge is either. I'd be furious if that thing came over my sweet quiet little bridge.

Mom thinks she knows what a Bailey Bridge is, but maybe you could still answer it? She isn't 100% sure.
Can your bridge support the weight of having a tractor go over it? I'd worry about that, too!
Sam
poor little bridge
I'm in too, what is a Bailey Bridge?! I get cross when people drive past you fast, it's so dangerous particularly when there's no pavement, Missy will always move out of the way when I offer her a treat but sometimes inconsiderate drivers give you no time at all. We were in Devon for the eclipse (1999), we loved the area but walking around the lovely places with so many narrow roads, it really put me off going back to tell you the truth as I was so frightened for the safety of my dog (Guinness in those days). It's not just Devon though, they do it everywhere.
