Snow shoes for cats.

Who has borrowed the happy bubble that was keeping the snow away from the cottage ?
Don't mind, but can we have it back soon please ?

Christmas must be near as it looks like a Christmas card outside.
At long last we have had snow in this part of Devon.
Don't let the sun fool you.

There was an eerie silence around the place.

Not many people around.

The whole village had that whiter shade of pale look.

Time to put some colour in the cottage window.

Bring the tree in from outside.

Wash your paws of snow.

Then look smug that you're not the daft one that went outside to start with.

Frank looks happy and Amie looks
content. I hope you are staying
warm! It was warm here, Wednesday
and colder since, but it is going
to warm up again! Be careful if
you venture out!

Lovely pictures! We've got snow too. Your Christmas trees look lovely - my photos never look right, I think I need to do a longish exposure maybe.

I hope the kitties got some snow shoes. They will be neading them.

OH MY! Real English stone walls :) The snowy street looks like an old English quaint village - so pretty with the snow.

Still no snow here, and we don't think we even have a bubble here. The snow just doesn't want to fall in OP:( Your cottage looks very festive and cozy for the holidays.

Charming pictures. The forecasters here are very excited about a "system" that's moving from the west coast east (towards my area) that may be a huge amount of snow or may be not much, depending on something. We're so close to the coast that it's always a close call. So, we may have a white Christmas, too. (or not. What we say is, look out the window to see the weather.)

I love seeing winter in your area - so beautiful - looks like a wonderful place to live. Puppy pats for Amie and a cheek scritch for Kitty!

It hasn't reached us yet....I have stocked up on dog food, but still haven't got a Christmas tree. I'm hoping we get it all done before the predicted Siberian conditions arrive.
I'm with Frank, what a sensible chap!

Oh no, your happy bubble burst....well, I didn't take it, it's supposed to snow at least twice more before Christmas here. The village looks lovely though. Your trees are oh so pretty - and yes Frank does look smug! I wore some tea after reading that!

Enchanting is the only word that comes to mind to describe your photos. Love the snow on the roads and walls and trees and even on paws. We don't get snow here. It never gets cold enough. Dreaming of that lovely cold as we are deep in the Summer heat.
