Ruffin it in Boscastle Cornwall

I have wanted to go over to Boscastle for ages.

We could have picked a better day to visit.
View from the car window........................... picturesque don't you think ?

Between showers we did see some of the village.

This is where I wanted to go... the Witch Museum.

I parked my broom.

Along with another and then it started to thunder, the rain never stopped all afternoon.

One very wet Amie Soto Blossom came away with a new travel water dish.
After drying our prize possession carefully and wrapping her in a towel, the car heater full blast.

She tried her new water bowl.

I'm still not sure she was impressed... maybe we should have taken the price ticket off first.

Just to let you know, it wasn't cold enough for her coat.
Amie still got wet even though she hogged the umbrella.
On our side of Dartmoor in Devon there wasn't a drop of rain...... spooky !

What a shame about the weather. We've had a sunny day today after 2 days of continuous rain. I got loads of washing done - i'm easily pleased!

That looks a very intriguing place, Midge! I love Amie's water bowl, what a great idea. She's just too adorable. Kiss her little head for me, k? Tell her Aunt Allie LOVES her and would kiss it herself, but my broom is in the shop and I'm not sure I want to fly over all that water.

Awsome photos!
What a fun place to visit!
So nice there was a place to park your broom (tee hee hee)
Amie Soto Blossom you are so adorable!
We cannot even tell you how much we love to see your sparkling big eyes and your smile.
We know you really love that new water bowl, and just think how fun it will be to drink out of!
You looked so cute snuggled in that blanky. Your mummy takes such good care of her little priced possesion. We don't blame her at all.
Thank you for sharing your journey.
Love to all

Amie is just the cutest thing ever.
And... I want to go to that museum too! Cursed Ocean... being so annoyingly large and expensive to cross.

Maybe Amie wasn't thirsty but at least you now have travel bowl for her for the next outing. I'm glad you didn't let the rain hamper your trip.

I'm sure we have visited Boscastle at some point but I don't remember a witch museum - looks fun! Clever idea, a fold up bowl...now if they could invent fold up water as well.....

I have indeed seen your site before as well (recommended by my Mom of course). It looks stunning where you are! Have yet to make it westward to Devon or Cornwall, but my flatmates bought me a lonely planet for Southwest England, which helps put things into perspective.
And Boscastle looks like a must!!
