Donkey Managment for pups

We promised Freya Rose Blossom she could have an intensive donkey management course.

This is only part of the course

There is always so much to see at Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary.

You can see for yourself inside the barn there is a live webcam HERE

Freya had a great afternoon with the donkey's.

We thought we would bring this little fellow home with us for a February giveaway.
Followers only please, although your welcome to join Soggibottom. I think this little guy will travel well, there is no limit to where in the world he can be sent. It would also be a good thought if you would tell everyone else and give a link back here so they have a chance to hug him too.

You can find Freya Rose Blossom's account of her day at Catflap Cavalier HERE
The closing date for the giveaway will be on

Tuesday. 14th February, 2012. 8.00 p.m.. G.M.T.

Until then we promise donkey will be in good hands.

I absolutely adore donkeys! They have such characters! I adopted one from the Redwings Sanctuary and he's just adorable!

Awwww Freya - what a good good doggie to be so friendly to these wonderful animals! Take care

Well, there it is - I think it is decided that Soggibottom needs a pony or donkey. Hubby will need to start the pen asap. Hay must be delivered to a warm dry place and brushing will need to be assigned to visitors. That's it for now!

PS - Freya made me write this! LOL!

When I was a little girl I saved my pennies so I could buy a donkey. I never had enough, but now there is a farmer about four miles from us who raises miniature donkeys and I love to drive by and watch them in the field.

Yes, please enter me in your giveaway and I will do a post telling others.

We have three donkeys that live up the street from us, they are Phantom's friends. But they sure don't look as well cared for and clean as the ones you have at that sanctuary. Very nice post.

Oh my, how precious! I had no idea there were so many donkeys that needed to be saved! What's with that? Do folks get them as pets and then cannot take care of them?
If I should win, you may save the postage and give it to me in person over a cuppa or a warm brewski!

We have a beautiful donkey in our village - a big hit with all the children and when we go on holiday to Ireland there is a donkey on the island where we stay. Going to check on the donkey is the first thing my children do when we arrive!

I love your little donkey (reminds me of Eeyore) and the real ones are so sweet. There is a donkey sanctuary over here in Ontario too.

How wonderful to see, Freya certainly appears to have a great day out.

an experience many dog owners would wish to spend a day and allowing their loving dogs the opportunity to understand all around them.

Oh, they're so sweet. I had no idea there were so many that needed saving. I rarely see them around our local farms.

I just popped over from The Bearister Bookcase. I'd love to be entered in your drawing for the cute little donkey.
