Animal paint artist

It's great to see our garden full to bursting again. The best thing of having a cottage garden is that it tends to look after it's self, every year somethings move around and seed themselves in different places.
I love to see how it surprises me at the height of Spring. After all our dry weather here in the West Country we at long last have rain.

Not all our tomato plants are in the greenhouse and in flower.

Although nearly every plant outside could do with some water.

Apart from those living near the stream and the spring outside.

We haven't all been sitting around watching the garden grow have we Frank?

Furniture up again.

Paint and brushes out. Covering up our the new floor with care.

Amie slept most of the day away,  she was just in time to rearrange the floor covering and paddle her paws in some paint.

I know there are many animal artists around, Amie isn't one of them. Just think of the bath to come Ames.
Great fun eh!

More spring cleaning and sprucing up, we see. Amie looks like she has had enough of this stuff:)

We wish we had a perennial garden here too. But with our resident un-gardener Ciara, that wouldn't work very well.

I know what you mean about all of the green stuff coming up - it seems to get taller by the minute. You have a lovely garden. Frank and Amie look like the overseers:)

What a gorgeous garden you have at your cottage! Is that the kitchen wall you're painting? Your floors are so nice:)

The garden is looking lovely.

Fudge 'helped' paint the library using his tail. I had a time getting the red paint out of his tail.

Your garden looks beautiful, I sure wish I could see it in person! Looks like your tomato plants are doing really good. :) I bet Amie will be glad when everybody quits moving furniture around so she can just go around the house, like normal.

Your garden is so beautiful and blooming so high, ours is slow this year. Think the cold spells are not helping. The house is looking good, so nice to get it done and then you can relax.

I think I'd rather be out in the garden! Soggibottom looks so lovely. Amie seems to think so too - you know she just wants to help!

ps - I posted some more trees for you...

Your garden looks lovely. I would send you some rain if I knew how. However, things are looking up in my garden. The forsythia is finally blooming and I saw some daffs way down at the bottom of the garden. If it stops raining I'll take a pic:)

I wish we had some rain, my garden could really do with it & I am very tired of carrying endless watering cans! I know I am going to lose the tomato challenge, no flowers on mine yet although the hanging basket toms are putting out buds.

Good for Amie, making her mark! We still have some doggie prints in the concrete under our kitchen floor from our old dog Jasper - we should chip them out as a memorial!

Got the Spanish Plume yet? We're due some of its thundery showers later today. The garden could do with a water. Of course it has all happened because the canoe paint has arrived! Typical!

How generous of Amie to help you decorate! Bungle thought his tail could help me when I did the hall and stairs. Daft lad.
