Mother's Day

You live in a wondrous place, where flowers bloom and share their beauty while I'm still keeping the bird bath heater plugged in to prevent freezing.

A few robins have shown up. Sometimes they regret returning from the south so early.

The temp swings from 50 degrees during the day to 5 degrees at night, causing the house and siding to snap and crack. Buzz, the old boy dog, acts like we are under attack from external zombies. We have given up on comforting him. Rather than calming down, he regards us as hopelessly unaware of the danger he senses.

Happy Mother's day! I still have until May to celebrate it, but I hope you had a wonderful day and got spoiled rotten! xo

You have Mother's Day already?! We're like Bunny, waiting until May, I'm assuming, and way more consistant weather. No flowers until warmer weather sticks around...snow forecast for the weekend and next week...
