If you didn't make Glastonbury
You didn't go ?
Some did.
Although, if you did go, then you might be one of the happy souls in the crowd.
There is always next year to look forward to.
I didn't go either.
Instead, we passed the day
splashing around in the stream outside of Soggibottom Cottage.
You never know what you'll find on your own door step sometimes.
Especially on a magical Summer's Day in June.
Typical Soggibottom Bear country.
We missed the music, but caught all the magic.

How to handle Mohair
You need to handle mohair with great care.
Especially if it is still on the goat and walking around.
You thought I was going to say hang it on a hanger and keep it the cupboard weren't you ?
Judith's surprise giveaway arrived at Soggibottom Cottage.
Thank you so much Judith.
An even bigger thank you from Amie for her rag raggy.
The goat episode wore her out !
Summer is at it's height here at the cottage.
We're spending lots of time buzzing around outside.
The sun is shining and it's all too good to miss
Enjoy your Summer.

English Oak and Sweet Pea's and dog roses.
I grew these.
I must admit that it was last year.
For some reason, sweet pea's don't want to grow in our garden this Summer. Maybe one is better than none. Before any one sends me an email, yes, I know it has a bug on it.
Rather than moan about something that can't be changed, it's better to go around the park and meet friends.
Barney is very well behaved and always lets Amie go first. Little gentlemen.
Although sometimes she takes advantage of him and pushes him out of the picture.
They had the whole park to themselves today.
Giving me time to notice how all the wild flowers are doing better than my sweet pea's.
This is Valerian.
For most gardener's it is a weed. I love to see it along walls and hedgerows all around the South West of England.
Dog Roses are in flower.
Blackberry are coming along nicely, (remembering this is the park and not my own particuar space). I have made note of where they are though.
This is one of mine, it's here because I just love the colour.
