If you didn't make Glastonbury

You didn't go ?

Some did.

Although, if you did go, then you might be one of the happy souls in the crowd.

There is always next year to look forward to.

I didn't go either.

Instead, we passed the day

splashing around in the stream outside of Soggibottom Cottage.

You never know what you'll find on your own door step sometimes.

Especially on a magical Summer's Day in June.

Typical Soggibottom Bear country.
We missed the music, but caught all the magic.

that when you can have such
    beauty and splendor out your
    door??? You lucky gal! TFS

  3. Give me quiet countryside any day; Glastonbury is too loud and crowded for a gal like me. :)

  7. I made do with watching Glastonbury on the TV with a couple of cold beers - the sound wasn't so great but no crowds!
That archway is simply beautiful- if I ever make it down your way, I'll make sure to bring my paints.

  8. Splashing about in a stream sounds perfect to me- none of that jostling and crowds and expensive drinks.

Yes cool toes on a hot day! The weather broke here last night so we now have drizzle. :-)

We've had a visitor. The Queen is here. Not here, here but here in Canada. Queen's Plate this weekend. (it's a horse race) It's also Canada Day on Thursday.
